Job description / Role
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring the best professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill the company’s talent needs and proactively building a strong talent pipeline. Through attracting, screening, selecting and on-boarding top talent, we aim to gain competitive advantage and fuel the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Reputable university degree in HR or related discipline
- Professional HR certification
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- A successful track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across multiple vacancies in an in-house environment.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (technical, structured, competency based etc.)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- An eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- A self-starter, who can set personal targets and take initiative to achieve them.
