We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE, this role is crucial for identifying and attracting top talent to support our ongoing projects and growth. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our company has the right talent to drive our success and uphold our commitment to excellence in construction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors, recruitment firms with focus on construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all recruitment activities.
