Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading Dubai real estate brokerage, building a team of high-performing and driven professionals.

Job Description:
• Source and attract top real estate talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, competitor analysis, and promoting the company’s growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and onboard candidates, conducting interviews to assess motivation, sales potential, and cultural fit for a commission-based structure.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and meet aggressive hiring targets while representing the brokerage at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
• Track and report recruitment progress and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years relevant experience with proven expertise in headhunting and sales recruitment from Real Estate industry
• Must have advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies, including social media sourcing, direct outreach, and talent pipeline development.
