About the Client:
A leading Dubai real estate brokerage, building a team of high-performing and driven professionals.

Job Description:
• Source and attract top real estate talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, competitor analysis, and promoting the company’s growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and onboard candidates, conducting interviews to assess motivation, sales potential, and cultural fit for a commission-based structure.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and meet aggressive hiring targets while representing the brokerage at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
• Track and report recruitment progress and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

• Female, 40 years old and below
• Proven expertise in headhunting and sales recruitment within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage and influence candidates throughout the hiring process.
• In-depth expertise in modern recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies, including social media sourcing, proactive outreach, and long-term talent pipeline management.

Salary:
AED 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
