Description
* Manage day to day recruitment of Consultants from entry to senior level
* Screen and interview candidates, arrange interviews for Partners
* Advertise job posts and use social media channels
* Attend career fairs and graduate programmes
* Manage employer branding
* Follow up on interviews and provide feedback to candidates
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in recruitment and MUST HAVE experience in a management consultancy, Big 4
* Strong communication skills
* Good experience of social media advertising
* Strong time management and proven ability to work under pressure
Job Offer
Salary AED 18,000
