Recruitment Support Manager

Job description / Role

This position is responsible for providing support in the sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding of front line to mid-management positions in the company and its managed leisure facilities with a key focus on cost savings and hiring time efficiencies.

- Reviews and analyses resumes for skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements and culture fit for management positions.
- Compiles interview comments and feedback; ensures timely and effective communication and follow through with all candidates and hiring managers from point of applicant to employment.
- Engages in full cycle recruiting including sourcing of candidates (passive and active), interviewing, and reference checks, negotiation of salary and on-boarding of management Colleagues.
- Creates and maintains a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs.
- Gets involved in special projects and recruitment campaigns as assigned.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma course in Human Resources, CIPD/SHRI qualified will be an added advantage
- Three to five years managing recruitment in theme parks OR hospitality/travel & tourism
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting with an in-house recruitment team is an essential
- Working knowledge of any applicant tracking systems is essential to the role
- Fluency in English, knowledge in spoken Mandarin/Russian/Arabic will be an added advantage
