Recruitment & Training Supervisor, MENA

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources- MENA, the main purpose of this role is to provide recruitment support for all MENA units of the company, by sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates to fulfill the recruitment needs in the units, and to provide comprehensive training and development service to the company to ensure that all staff achieve high professional standards and that they have the necessary skills to help the company attain its strategic objectives.

Main areas of responsibility include recruitment process follow up including shortlisting candidates, preparing adverts, providing reports, conducting initial interviews and preparing employment checklists. There will be negotiation with recruitment agencies, developing of existing networks such as linked in and keeping organised files for staff requisitions, positions, shortlisted, interviewed candidates etc. Additionally, you will undertake regular assessments of training needs and develop a program to meet identified needs, develop and prepare PowerPoint Presentations for basic internal training for Managers and Supervisors on soft skills and some internal policies as refresher courses. You will also ensure that orientation criteria are followed on a regional level and maintain an awareness of developments in the training and development field to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of best practice.

Requirements

You will interact with all top management across the region along with department heads so our client is looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exemplary reporting skills and a background in HR or Recruitment.
