Refrigeration Supervisor/Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Supervisor/Engineer to lead and oversee refrigeration system operations and maintenance projects in Dubai. This role involves supervising technical teams, ensuring efficient system performance, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize refrigeration operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements and resolve concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or Supervisor, preferably in the UAE or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in refrigeration and HVAC.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and visit multiple sites as required.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
