Refrigeration Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to a dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and cooling systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in refrigeration equipment promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and servicing to prevent system failures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices.

- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Relevant certification or diploma in refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts and respond to emergency calls.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
