Job description / Role
- Monitor regional dealers and importers with the implementation of After-Sales programs
- Support accessory development between
- Support Parts & Accessory sales between subsidiaries and Parts Distribution Centre
- Develop After-Sales subsidiary infrastructure to support future expansion plans
- Implement dealer action plans together with subsidiaries to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor progress through Customer Satisfaction and International Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Monitor subsidiary fulfilment of service marketing activities, e.g. Web-Based Training and Internet-Based Training
Requirements
- Commercial automotive experience: minimum 6 years working with dealers and in After-Sales with an OEM
- Basic automotive technical knowledge
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous
- Good communicator, able to get different stakeholders together
- Planning and organisational skills
- In-depth problem-solving and analytical skills
- Committed self-starter
- Self-confidence and positive thinking
- Willingness to travel
