Job description / Role
Regional Brand Planning Specialist-Middle East & Africa-Chinese/Mandar
• Be in charge of doing user and market research, as well as providing insights into the values and brand attitudes of your target audience.
• In charge of breaking down the company's foreign brand strategic goals and planning the yearly brand marketing plan for the M&A local market
• Be in charge of creating and carrying out brand promotion plans for the M&A regional market, including but not limited to product launches, exhibitions, brand launches, and crucial intellectual property cooperation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the domestic brand team to guarantee that the regional brand promotion project aligns with the company's overarching business plan.
• Be in charge of carrying out the brand localization plan to guarantee that brand initiatives conform to the legal requirements and cultural norms of the M&A regional market.
• Take accountability for upholding
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or higher and at least five years of branding or marketing-related professional experience
• It is preferred to major in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing, or similar fields.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities in English
• Possessing practical automotive industry experience and being well-versed in the fundamentals is preferred.
• Strong execution, coordination, and communication abilities
• Strong project management and planning abilities are desired.
