Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE
*This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
*Provide Business Change expertise to enable deployment & adoption of the CLDM change agenda into regions & countries
*Provide Business Analysis and Design expertise to enable delivery of the CLDM book of work including identification & documentation of detailed regional requirements, validation, current state capture & business impact analysis for global changes.
*Facilitate preparation of relevant artifacts as required by project governance
*Support development & implementation of technology related solutions/enhancements (including analysis, functional design, testing, user training, deployment & post deployment support)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop a detailed understanding of all CLDM functional areas E.g. Group CDD Policy and Procedures, Client Lifecycle operating model, etc.
*Collaborate with CLDM & regional/country business teams to lead or contribute to all aspects of business improvement initiatives E.g. opportunity identification, business requirements gathering, functional specification reviews, analysis & design, solution building, testing, change implementation, post change support, etc. to help reduce risk in line with Group Policy and Procedure & enhance client experience
*Support Regional Change Lead in managing & influencing key country/regional stakeholders across divisions & functions E.g. Client coverage, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance and Financial Crime Risk, etc.
*Support Regional Change Leads in organizing & conducting regional change forums
*Lead or contribute to relevant Project Working Groups
*Lead design discussions on how to best deliver against identified business problems
*Lead production of analysis artifacts to help drive change initiatives E.g. TOM, process maps, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), etc.
*Manage Change Champions to ensure success of local change delivery efforts
*May need to work on weekends occasionally to facilitate technology releases

*Effectively manages global, regional and local stakeholder groups within the end-to-end Client Lifecycle, including Relationship Managers, Product teams, COBAM and CET
*COLT program team, including Stream Leads
*Regional CDD Risk Managers
*Regional FCC
*Regional Operational Risk
*Global CLDM team, including Delivery, Business Architecture and Policy Implementation teams
*Technology teams
*CDO teams
*Change Champions
*Governance forums (PWG, etc.)

*Knowledge of the regulatory environment and the ongoing developments.
*Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
