A global medical equipment manufacturer is looking to hire a Clinical Application Specialist to be based in UAE (Dubai) to the next possible start, covering the region of MEA.

Description

* Demonstrate high degree of applications and systems expertise of designated X ray portfolio, CT and reconstruction SW to end users ( Radiographers, Radiologists and various sales team members.
* Provide customer troubleshooting, applications and operational assistance in the entire region, both on site and remote.
* Primarily responsible for customer satisfaction for product line(s) responsibility, demonstrating proactive attitude and actions to optimize their performance and perception. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
* Proactive and reactive compilation and evaluation of statistics and issue of adequate reports concerning errors and problems in regard to the applications support of the product.
* Perform product and application training for customers and partners on site, in formal classroom settings for initial and advanced trainings, and leading country workshops as needed.
* Manage and control the distribution of application information including "Tips and Tricks" for product line(s) responsibility within MEA region.
* Work with Countries Service Managers and the company's distributors. Implementation and training support of new software and products.
* Responsible for the timely implementation of applications modifications / retrofits for product line(s) responsibility within the region. Monitor and drive the implementation, and working with local and regional field service through the timely completion.
* Actively support our internal academy; presenting, teaching our products to all employees in the region
* You will travel throughout the region and provide Roadshows product demos in various facilities supporting the regional sales team in clinical expertise presentations.

Requirements

* A University Degree in Radiology Medical Technology.
* Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge relating to currently approved software and operating systems, networks, and connectivity.
* Good interpersonal skills, professional attitude, excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
* Possess superior communications skills, both written and oral, in English and Arabic with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels. French language skills is considered as an additional plus for hiring decisions.
* More than 5 years of experience in clinical radiology work predominantly in Computed Tomography, reconstruction SW , DR general X ray technology .
