Regional Commercial Support Manager - Stelia Aerospace Cabin Interiors

The jobholder will report operationally to Head of (HO) Sales Africa & Middle East and functionally to HO Marketing.
He/she is responsible for supporting sales & marketing actions for the placement of Stelia Aerospace cabin interiors products within the sales region (within the framework of objectives and priorities set by Stelia Aerospace commercial management).

Main responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the region:
• Help the Sales Directors to identify new opportunities within the region. Network, key people, etc.
• Provide key data to develop local marketing concepts, tactics and incentives
• Support and participate to marketing initiatives such as events, conferences, exhibitions

- Commercial support:
• Create and maintain up to date local Customer Relation Management tools such as contact list, customer mapping.
• Contribute to the development of standard marketing presentation material to support the commercial approaches.
• Create original marketing material to support specific sales campaigns.
• Contribute to the production of additional marketing material such as, but not limited to, brochures, adverts, kakemonos, editorials, websites, etc.
• Collect and provide regional data and contribute to the production of benchmark studies in support of product development activities.

- Contribute to Sales campaigns (under the leadership of the Sales Director), the jobholder will:
• Collect information from both internal and external sources to prepare the answer to RFI (Request for Information) & RFP (Request For Proposal) and assist to build up the proposal
• Develop innovative sales & marketing packaging approach, with the aim of optimizing the efficiency and profitability of the deal proposed for both parties benefit
• Obtain support from all relevant experts within Stelia Aerospace

Main results:
• Build up a network of airlines prospects within the Sales region
• Provide timely and reliable up-to-date market information, on which recommendations can be made for senior management decisions
• Identify realistic sales opportunities and commercial elements key for a successful negotiation
• Support the placement of Stelia Aerospace cabin interiors products

Requirements

• A first experience in the aerospace sales environment or graduated from an engineering/aerospace school
• Sound understanding of commerce, economics & finance
• Excellent practice of English and French
• Team-player, with good cooperation skills
• Broad culture, facilitating adaptation
• Excellent relational skills
• Pro-active and creative
