Job description / Role
Robert Walters is working with a Fortune 500 company recruiting a Regional Credit Manager in their Dubai office
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure the effective operation of the regional credit functions by following policies and procedures
* Coach and guide the credit team of 5 in the region
* Maintain close relationships with the Sales team and key stakeholders in the business
* Supporting the monthly Credit/AR review to manage disputes, collections, and risk mitigation strategies
* Manage external entities with legal agencies, Banks and Credit reference Bureau
* Manage Trade Finance activities in compliance with ICC governance
Requirements
Key requirements:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Credit Management within a leadership/managerial role
* CICM qualification is a plus
* Proven track record of managing large receivables portfolio (more than $30 Million)
* The ability to develop customer relationships and improve overall results
* Oracle experience is a plus
