Regional Financial Controller - Director

Our client is rapidly expanding across the region and now requires a Regional Financial Controller (Director) to join the team, focusing on M&A activities (due diligence through to post acquisition integration) and manage the region. To be considered you must have extensive M&A exposure, ideally within a services/ industrial sector.

Description

The Regional Financial Controller/ Director will be responsible for the overall EMEA & Asia finance function and will oversees the end to end accounting process, financial project management, financial controls and reporting. They will be responsible for the region's extensive growth strategy to maximise profitability and returns on investments (organic and M&A).

Requirements

Only candidates with the following will be considered:

* Degree (Finance Specific)
* Professionally Qualified
* Prior M&A exposure within an industrial/ service sector
* 10-15 years of experience with 5 years in a senior finance position
* Ability to translate complex financial and operational strategies to non-finance
* Proven problem solving and analytic skills
* Fluent in English (written, reading and verbal)
