Regional Head of Human Resources

Job description / Role

Middle East Executive are currently working with a the largest Medical business in the region who are currently looking for a Regional Head of HR for their Pharmacy division, with a large room for growth in the coming years, to join their team.

The primary area of responsibility will be managing the end to end HR from managing complex strategies in terms of policies, procedures, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, training, coaching and other HR activities.

You will be required to play a pivotal role in different aspects of HR by growing and revamping structures, introducing new strategies to strengthen the business on a regional scope.

Handling the full HR for a huge staff within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly employees across 270 different pharmacies situated in the GCC.

Requirements

Minimum: 5 years relevant experience in end to end Human Resources especially managing multiple regions in the GCC.

Strong regional HR experience.
Experience within retail industry supply.
Strong working knowledge of designing strategies and policies.
Experience in leading a team both locally and regionally.
Experience with working across multiple brick and mortar outlets is a must;
