Regional HR Manager

Job description / Role

Working with my client who are a global engineering company to recruit a Regional Manager to cover the UAE, Middle East and Africa countries. The purpose of this role will be to define and implement HR strategy across the region, ensuring each office is in line with company processes and procedures, that they are compliant, identifying global mobility opportunities, talent development, identifying training needs and taking overall HR responsibility, reporting to HQ and Regional President.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with generalist HR experience who has an international focus, particularly in the area of talent development. Knowledge of organisational structures, design and implementation, someone who understands the challenge of the Middle East and Africa that can anticipate and manage change. Experience executing HR projects and strong strategical ability and mind. Experience in the UAE with knowledge of labour law and experience operating regionally is essential. Fluent in English language is also essential, French or Arabic as a second language is desirable. 5-7 years minimum experience in a leadership role is also required.
