Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A senior management role that involves the desired candidate to supervise a few of the companies international plants, and they must have relevant experience within the full gamut of HR - Administration, recruitment, training & development, payroll & benefits, evaluation.

Client Details
A well established global multinational company specialising in food, beverage & general packaging products.

Description
* Develop, implement and evaluate all HR & payroll activities - recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, labour laws & government relations, training & development, action plans, safety measures.
* Budgeting and analysing training needs annually, and then formulate training plans as required.
* Establish and administer salary programs & performance review programs, to ensure compliance & effectiveness within the organisation - and to ensure the strongest workforce is attracted and retained.
* Create induction programs/orientation & training programs & maintain positive employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of labour laws and ensure its compliance within the organisation. Provide labour relations advice across the organisation.
* Analyse and offer solutions/recommendations regarding grievances processes and disciplinary action, including drafting the relevant documents and responses as required.
* Maintain the workforce requirements - ascertain where there needs to be new hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary action, suspensions or terminations.
* Establishing long term & short term policies & procedures in line with company laws, requirements, budgets and goals, and the labour laws
* Plan, develop & monitor divisional budgets.

Requirements

* Must be a degree holder.
* 8 to 10 years of experience
* Knowledge of local and preferably international labour laws.
* The desired candidate must have a strong background within the manufacturing, packaging or production industries.
* Must have factory workings experience.
* Preferably an individual who's work experience involves liaising with work experience involves liaising with overseas companies (Ideally in India)
