Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Define the global IT strategy/roadmap for the Middle East region in coordination with local management and central teams in France, and be responsible for its implementation
• From the IT perspective, take the ownership of Stores opening projects and store maintenance across Middle East region, in coordination with local management, global technical teams, and local external vendors
• Take full responsibility of the maintenance of local information systems, network technology solutions, voice projects and business applications, ensuring effective 360 communication
• Ensure timely response and faultless service is always provided to the Business, in line with high-quality standards of the Company, doing escalations and follow-ups whenever required
• Effectively report on on-going activities and project status to the local management and functional technical line Manager
• Establish sounds KPIs to monitor service level provided to Stores and Head Office; evaluate service desk activity, define corrective action plan to improve service level and end-User perception
• Negotiate service contracts and maintenance agreements with external Vendors that deliver solutions, services, and IT supplies to the company
• Define Budget and Forecast IT OPEX and CAPEX, closely monitor the actual, and explain variances whenever required

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Business software: Microsoft Office 365, POS CEGID
• Active Directory Architecture, Windows Server
• Cloud: Azure and OneDrive
• TCP/IP networking with Cisco/Meraki technologies (SDWAN, LAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Voice, Videoconference)
• AirWatch MDM, iOS
• Familiar with ITIL practices
• Experienced in coordinating IT projects and managing cross IT infrastructure
• Demonstrable track record delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Able to manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and variance analysis

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in information technology and telecommunication
• Minimum 5 years' experience in network infrastructure
• Good command in English. French and Arabic would be a plus
