Position Title: Regional Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well established Trading Center under a leading Retail Group

Job Description:
• Oversee all stores in the region and ensures their performance aligns with corporate objectives
• Work with Store Managers to achieve budgeted revenue and gross profit, maintain excellent store ambience and uphold effective inventory management
• Maintain excellent store ambience, cleanliness, and staff grooming across all stores while ensuring to uphold effective inventory management to ensure product availability and reduce damages and expiry
• Control business expenses within budget, including payroll vs sales ratio, utility, and marketing spend
• Improve team productivity through periodic performance reviews, coaching, and training
• Ensure that all corporate directives are implemented in the region

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 48 years old and below
• With at least 3 years of experience in the same role
