Description
Reporting to the GM, this person will be responsible for
* End to end distributor management of key markets across the Middle East
* Focus on sell in and influencing the distributor on sell out
* Channel management through the distributors : Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Ecommerce and Wholesale
* Work with the distributor on in store marketing plans helping them execute in the market
* Cross functional collaboration locally and with global teams on medium - long term strategies

Requirements
* 4-6 years of GCC sales experience
* Must have managed UAE either in a direct sales or distributor management model
* Ideal preference for someone from consumer electronics, otherwise from within FMCG in the region
* Must have distributor management experience - or managed key accounts at HQ level in GCC
* Must be an Arabic speaker
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of sales and at least 2 years of distributor management experience in the region looking to join a fast paced autonomous environment and be part of a success story in the region.
