Employment: Full Time


The Regional Manager for the Brand is responsible for the exploitation of each market potential in the Middle East Region for highly individualized vehicles as well as high performance vehicles. The jobholder is the main contact for high profile, VIPs (Royals, Dignitaries etc.) and Dealer partners for the specification, production, positioning & sales methods of the brands high performance vehicles. The jobholder will act as the collator of all key stakeholders / departments involvement to drive High Performance vehicle sales in the Middle East on more than just a volume level but to improve the overall customer journey and experience. Additionally, the jobholder is responsible to empower the dealerships to manage the brands business & ensure the high performance products is an overall brand shaper in the Region.




• Strategic Planning of brands Sport models for Near/Middle East region in conjunction with future development plans
• Steering of dedicated performance brand budgets & KPIs
• Brand turnover + volumes responsibility
• Annual target agreement process with Middle East HQ
• Market specific volume planning for Sports models in cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers & Sales Operations team
• Steering of brands bespoke projects & editions
• Dealer & customer steering, including frequent market visits and representation of the brand in the middle east
• Market analysis and exploitation of market potentials
• Dealer support & Customer consultation for high profile and VIP/Royal customer along with special events & communities
• Order steering & production planning
• Feasibility of orders & specification requests
• Coaching and consulting of Dealer Management & consultants on related topics
• Management and communication of brand offers to the markets & customers
• Responsibility of order status with HQ to ensure effective delivery timelines
• Support to Product & Price team for strategic pricing of Sports models
• Definition of packages & special editions in conjunction with the brand
• Co-Steering with Marketing department of dedicated performance car brand marketing campaigns, experiential activities & dedicated budgets
• POS material management
• Develop & support future training requirements on performance brand for future programmes and products
• Organization and steering of the brands workshops – customer / dealer
