Job description / Role
Client is a leading multinational government organisation, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager within International Education. This a new position which is predicted to be a huge contributor to the business. You will report directly into the Regional Director of the UAE and Oman and be based in the Regional HQ in Dubai.
The candidate who is successful in this role will have experience and extensive knowledge of the education structure across the region. It is also essential to have a strong network within the public and private education sector as well as a working knowledge of the UK education system.
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for supporting conferences, exhibitions, VIP visit programmes and building a communications network across the region with UK groups. You will be tasked with leading the development and implementation of an ME recruitment strategy focused on education. You will also be driving to gain new market opportunities, providing market insights from the ME to the UK and essentially develop the businesses network throughout the Middle East.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have the experience mentioned above as well as hold a valid UAE driver’s license with access to your own transport. You must also be able to travel up to 60 % of the time as and when the business requires it. The role will require regular travel to the UK so it is essential that you have no issues in securing travel visas here. You must also hold a degree to be considered.
You will also be required to produce a police certificate of good conduct.
