The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, graphic design skills, and the ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, graphic design skills, and the ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Description

* Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
* Create engaging graphic designs and marketing materials for online and offline use, including posters, brochures, newsletters, and event materials.
* Manage social media channels, email marketing, and content creation to drive engagement and conversions.
* Organize and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
* Communicate effectively with customers and third parties to support marketing and branding initiatives.
* Ensure all design work is done in-house
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Expected to travel regionally when required, though travel is not frequent.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role will:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
* Strong graphic design background with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
* Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers, third parties, and internal teams.
* Customer-oriented and extroverted personality, with a proactive approach to marketing and engagement.
* Bilingual: Fluency in English & Arabic, English & French, or English & Chinese is required.
