Job description / Role
Charterhouse is exclusively working with a multinational HVAC manufacturer who is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Specialist to join its team based in Dubai, but to oversee multiple territories including KSA and Egypt. Our client operates in over 150 countries worldwide and is a market leader in the industry, therefore is seeking the best talent to further drive the business forward.
As the Regional Marking Specialist, you will be responsible for all marketing strategies across multiple regions as well as corporate marketing and regional support for affiliates and distributors. You will supervise 2 self-sufficient marketing coordinators and manage all distribution and channel marketing activities in your designated regions. You will assist in analysing marketing data (campaigns results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience in a strategic marketing role within a multinational company, with a network of distributors and channel partners. HVAC experience is not required however you must be a fluent Arabic speaker and be able to freely travel frequently to KSA and Egypt. You should have at least 5 years' experience in a strategic marketing position for a multinational business and be a hungry, ambitious individual who is keen to further grow and progress.
