Job description / Role
Description of Responsibilities:
• Development & Maintenance of the Contractual Programme
• Maintaining & updating all programmes through the life of the project
• Progress monitoring & Project Controls
• Progress reporting internally & to Client
• Change Control & Extension of Time Management
• Regular presentations to the Engineer and the Client on programme/progress issues
• Coordination with nominated and domestic subcontractors
Requirements
A leading European contracting business, is seeking a Regional Head of planning to be based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be capable of looking after a number of large scale projects, with individual values’s of AED 250-750 million.
Degree qualified in the field of construction with specific planning exposure of complex and large challenging buildings. Have you managed a planning team in excess of 10-15 staff of varying levels .
Computer literate in the following applications:
• Primavera P3 & P6
• Microsoft Projects
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
