- Support the product development efforts of the Henkel Consumer Adhesives business from its technical site in Umm Al Quain
- Lead professional application know-how and technical customer service experience
Requirements
- Set up and lead a new team to enable efficient and effective new product development according to Global and Regional business strategies
- Focus on innovation pipeline of both products & applications with clear added value to customers
- Initiate strong and successful working collaboration with stakeholders within Marketing, Business Development and Sales to ensure new product launches are contributing to sustainable business growth
