Full-time

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 6 years' experience within Nespresso Boutique or similar Boutique experience

Position Summary
- Align the retail in the MEA region with Nespresso subsidiaries with regard to compliance, customer service and performance

A day in the life of

Retail performance
- Responsible for running performance program for top boutiques in the region and provide Retail Manager and BDMs (Business Development Managers) with insights
- Responsible for running mystery shopper program in MEA region (coordinating between HQ (headquarters), agency and distributors) in order to deliver best service in retail network

Retail communication
- Prepare the yearly communication plan in coordination with Marketing and agents
- Implement the plan and provide HQ with needed reports
- Conduct visual merchandising check and take corrective actions.
- Assist countries for any new opening: ordering hoarding, ordering new permanent VM (Visual Merchandising) item for new boutique

Retail Development
- Fully responsible for small format development (checking P&L, location, coordinating with agency for design, assess booth after production, follow up on installation, prepare photo report etc…)

Requirements

What will make you successful
- Experience in Nespresso Subsidiary Boutique as Boutique Manager or equivalent retail experience in luxury environment or in a similar brand concept
- Experience handling expiry date products
- Leading / managing change in organizations with proven success
- Multinational Matrix organization
- Sound Project Management experience
- Proven Coaching skills
- Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
