Regional Retail - Warehouse Manager

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of beauty products
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
• Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to streamline operations and resolve any issues
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
• Implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and efficiency
• Act as the point of contact for any warehouse-related queries and provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders

• Solid understanding of the supply chain and aspects related to work in a warehouse
• Vocational education
• Proven experience (2 years) in logistic/commercial/Supply Chain management preferably in big retailers
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excell, Word, etc.)
