Kinetic is working with a leading manufacturing company who are hiring a regional sales director to be based in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
• Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
• Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the regional team.
• Identify potential risk-return opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economy or commerce.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in a global producer or trading company.
• Strong negotiation skills, sales, finance, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
