Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the company Chief Revenue Office (CRO) the Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be responsible for leading the Regional Product Sales & Account Management teams and driving revenue growth targets for the region.

The position will be responsible for executing the region’s overall revenue growth strategy, implementing appropriate methodologies that lead to predictable revenue generation.

The RSD will ensure the region’s revenue growth team delivers a planned and coordinated approach to pre sales activities that enable the region to exceed its sales targets. These activities will include new revenue lead generation, potential & existing client meetings and product briefings and demonstration.

Requirements

The RSD will be responsible for the following key activities:
• New business development through all traditional channels, to include: targeted mail campaigns, cold calling, leveraging existing relationships, partnership development, tradeshow / conference participation, etc.
• Successful attainment of regional sales targets
• Tactical implementation of the agreed regional sales strategy, and refining the current customer propositions to devise new, strategically focused ways of going to market by leveraging and packaging the company’s existing and potential capabilities
• Managing, mentoring and motivating the region’s revenue growth team that will be held accountable for an annual revenue target
• Leading the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through careful planning, strategizing and value creation
• Implementing and maintaining an effective sales management process to provide current and accurate bookings projections, pipeline forecasts, and lead and prospect reports
• Developing and communicating strategic and specific client account plans that will define the resources and support required to ensure each existing clients’ business development opportunities and both identified and realized through a robust account plan
• Driving enhanced visibility of the company’s brand
