Regional Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is working with a principal automotive brand in Dubai and they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The successful applicant will ideally come for a premium, principal background with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. My client is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial flair to sales and marketing, with excellent management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing dealerships
• Work with both internal and external resources to define and implement sales targets (GCC)
• Regular monitoring of sales performances and business models
• Regular reports, market visits and business meetings to define sales strategies
• Assist the marketing department in running sales campaigns, product launches and market activities

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years' in a leading Automotive organisation (manufacturer/distributor).
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong dealership management capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong marketing analysis capabilities
• GCC market knowledge is a MUST
• Strong background in managing large multicultural teams
