Job description / Role
CSG Talent is looking a proven international Sales Manager to join a global process equipment manufacturer who design bespoke separation and treatment packages for the oil & gas, mining and power industries.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced strategic sales professional, with a strong technical background in clean air technologies to service their clients across a wide range of industries including Mining & Metals, Mineral Processing, Fertilizers, Power Generation, Sugar and Petrochemical.
Based from Dubai and covering the Middle East and parts of Asia, you will build strong senior level relationships within EPCs and End Users, providing clean air solutions for both new and existing plant projects. Due to the complex technical and high value nature of these systems and solutions we are looking for:
* Proven business development experience across metallurgical, mineral processing or nitrate and phosphate fertilizers industries.
* A strong network of existing clients within EPC companies and metals, mining and fertilizer end users.
* Experience in wet scrubbing capital equipment sales is ideal, however, related technologies such as Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP's), fabric filters, Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) and detailed knowledge of the manufacture of nitrate and/or superphosphate fertilizers, Gold, copper nickel processing knowledge is highly regarded.
* Consumables sales to the mineral or fertilizer process industries such as fans, filter bags, packing material, mesh pads may be considered
* Degree qualified in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering.
* A strong network of existing clients within mining EPCs and end users.
* A proactive and positive attitude focused on the development of the company's business.
* Proven ability to sell, negotiate and win high value business is expected. Typical packages can exceed $10M USD.
* Ideal location for the role is Dubai or Singapore.
