Job description / Role
We are presently recruiting for one of our clients, one of the largest producers of Safety Equipment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in the world. Building on their success in their PPE department regionally, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager for their Fall Arrest device line to sit in their Dubai offices covering the MEA market. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to begin their career journey with perhaps the biggest name in the safety industry, complete with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
You’ll need to have come from a background in Fall Arrest/Fall Protection Equipment sales, preferably with a major manufacturer; a minimum of 7 years of similar experience is required. Middle East sales experience is not mandatory, although it would be highly advantageous. You will have a demonstrated track record of successful sales on accounts with distributors and end users, backed up by a degree qualification in either a business discipline or engineering and an MBA.
As your responsibility will cover the Middle East and Africa regions, you’ll be well versed at managing, motivating and training a team from a diverse set of backgrounds and coordinating activity on a regional scale. Technically, you will need to be proficient not only in a thorough understanding of the equipment you will be selling, but also in present marketing and analytical trends.
