Regional Sales Manager - Fire Fighting System

Job description / Role

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets for fire fighting systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding fire fighting system solutions.
- Manage and coordinate sales team activities, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in fire fighting system technology.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the fire fighting system industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
