Regional Sales Manager (MENA) - Western Flooring Manufacturer - Dubai
Mackenzie Jones is working exclusively with a leader in flooring solutions. Our client is a western manufacturer of the highest quality Flooring Systems catering to a wide range of sectors. They are now looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to look after the business in the MENA region.
- Responsible for the General Management of the Dubai Sales Office following up on the market & segment strategy
- Coordination and guidance of the Dubai Sales Office team of 4 people
- Steering and managing of our sales partners in the various MENA regions.
- Monitoring the market situation and trends.
- Ensure a steady sales growth, work out sales plans and sales targets, analyzing the results and managing deviations to ensure further growth.
- Personal involvement in sales projects
- Plan, monitor and control promotional measures, actions and events based on the companies general marketing policy
- Develop the team through coaching, motivation and skills development
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years Sales Management in Building Materials and be Degree educated.
- Minimum of 3 years regional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arab and French are a plus.
- Proven track record in Project Sales and managing high performing teams with the ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
- Strong drive to get things done and close deals.
- Analytical skills and familiar to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Leadership ability, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial capability and positive attitude.
