Overview

A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a regional service specialist for their Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client's inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper usage and maintenance of the company's products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/customer service within the medical devices industry.
• Must have GCC experience.
• Clinical lab background mandatory.
• Leadership experience is a must.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as required.
