Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a renowned education institution who are looking to hire a Student Recruitment Manager to oversee the Gulf region based in Dubai. As Student Recruitment Manager you will report directly to the International Office of the university in the UK.
You will be responsible for generating and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies across the Gulf region and potentially North Africa in the future. You will be required to engage with other educational institutions as well as the general public. The primary objective will be to identify and develop growth opportunities within the region to achieve the required recruitment results.
The successful candidate must have experience within education recruitment from the GCC to the UK, ideally for over 5 years. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently, whilst having a proven track record in achieving targets within set deadlines. Due to the scope of this role Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential. To be considered for this role you should be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Due to the timeframe preference will be given to candidates immediately available.
