Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational company is seeking to hire a Regional Supply Chain Manager based in Dubai.
The Responsibilities of the Regional Supply Chain Manager would:
* Lead all supply chain development and new initiatives.
* Develop and manage stock and planning management systems.
* Develop and manage efficient logistics, Create visibility throughout the Supply Chain
* Ensure compliance, Accountable for setting quality assurance policies, standards, compliance procedures and audit measures within the guidelines
* Manage cost and inventory controls, Prepare yearly Business plans and budgets for the Supply Chain Department.
* Responsible for all shrinkage in the Distribution Centres, maintain agreed stock targets and re-order levels in conjunction with the requirements of the business.
* Ensure that stocking policies result in a replenishment process that consistently deliver required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chains to stores.
* Procurement and vendor management for food, non-food and FF&E.
* Continuous monitoring the costs for all buying for food, non-food and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E)
Requirements
* Graduate/Post Graduate in supply chain
* Has an advanced understanding of MI and KPI reporting.
* Advanced understanding of master data management and category planning methods
* 15+ years supply chain general management experience preferably within retail or similar business;
* 5-10 years senior level requirements planning experience
* Multi-market, multi-channel management experience;
* Large SKU count performance management experience and an outstanding track record of service standards
