Job description / Role

We are seeking a Regional Trainer to join our team at Hourglass who will be responsible for imparting knowledge and awareness of the Beauty category by using best training practices. Additionally, you will support the front-liners with on-the-job learning, as well as with monitoring performance and training needs analysis.
What you will do
- You will be responsible for creating, communicating, coordinating & implementing the training calendar for the year
- You will follow the brand policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- You will conduct training needs analysis to assess the needs of all employees
- You will research, gather material, and work in collaboration with Group L&D in the development of training materials
- You will acquire knowledge of all of Hourglass' new products and train the team accordingly
- You will create brand awareness at the front liners level and will provide training to the shop floor team by employing advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques
- You will conduct evaluations on the learners and effectiveness of the learning materials and approaches
- You will recommend new & exciting learning materials and approaches to support the brands needs
- You will participate in Group L&D training events and best practice development
- You will be part of the team during major events, in-store activities, social functions and opportunities where verbal selling of the Hourglass can be effectively done
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a beauty background! This role requires someone who is passionate about the Beauty Industry in their endeavor to strive for excellence!
More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below...
- Have a minimum of 5 years of Training experience with a beauty background
- Experience working in GCC region.
- Experience in writing and delivering effective Training
- Have a proactive approach
- Have excellent communication skills
