Safe Hands currently have an amazing opportunity to add another enthusiastic qualified Nurse to join their existing talented and passionate team based out of their office in Business Bay, Dubai.
Candidates must be able speak full fluent English.
Safe Hands is one of the leading First aid training providers in the UAE
Safe Hands offers Pediatric and General First Aid Training courses conducted by specialist UK trained nurses. They offer, corporate and individual first aid training, Pediatric and adult first aid courses, as well as distribute first aid kits.
Safe Hands also proudly set up and run a not for profit campaign called ‘The Kids Initiative’ that provides free first aid and family safeguarding workshops across Dubai which has now trained over 5000 people across over 600 workshops

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To learn and present both paediatric and adult MEDIC First Aid programs.
• To learn and present initiative workshop content.
• To understand and competently relay the content and benefits that Safe Hands offers along with where the Safe Hands brand fits in with the Blue Sky Thinking Group
• To identify and act on opportunities for Safe Hands sales.
• To identify and act upon cross sell opportunities for the other brands under The Blue Sky Thinking Group
• To understand and conduct Fit for Work sessions.
• To provide up-to-date information to the public on the laws and regulations surrounding First Aid.
• To present all Safe Hands information and company values with passion and clarity at all times.

DAILY DUTIES

• To work across both Safe Hands and Kids Initiative brands
• To complete daily administrative tasks relevant to training carried out in a timely and effective manner.
• To educate and assesses adults and young people in their ability to execute emergency first aid at home and in the workplace.
• To devise and deliver effective teaching methods that will educate people how to respond initially when faced with a situation where someone requires emergency care or is injured, giving the individual confidence, knowledge and the capability to assist.
• Upselling the certified one day first aid training courses for individuals at scheduled times in their community locations as well as courses for private companies onsite at their place of work.
• Educate parents on the laws and regulations surrounding first aid and how they can affect us.
• Upsell and educate attendees on the importance of the fit for work campaign

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Discretionary Bonus

Requirements

Must be a Qualified Nurse, that has the drive and passion to educate others in the area of First Aid.
The successful candidate will have active experience within nursing and/or First Aid and must be passionate and experienced in talking to large groups of people as well as being skilled in delivering hands on demonstrations.
