Job description / Role
We are currently looking for Female Registered Nurse in Homecare who are HAAD/DHA Licenced.
Responsibilities:
• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set
• Delivering nursing care to patients in their home and support efficiently
• Provide emergency and first aid care for injuries and illness.
• Conduct Case Management follow-up.
• Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards.
• The candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.
• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
• DHA/HAAD/MOH License or passed
• CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification preferred
