Registered Nurse

Job description / Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and contribute to a positive healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Ensure all nursing practices comply with healthcare policies and standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

- Valid Registered Nurse license recognized in UAE. We will consider nurses, who are based overseas at the moment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
