Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program or an equivalent qualification.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Prior nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.
