Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record patient progress and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while ensuring a safe environment for patients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate's degree in nursing (ADN) may be considered.
• Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and respond to patient needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in nursing is preferred but not essential for passionate new graduates.
