Primary responsibilities:

• Assess patient health needs and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patient reactions.
• Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide education and support to patients and families about health conditions and follow-up care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a hygienic environment for patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred; an associate's degree in nursing (ADN) may be accepted.
• Active registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting is encouraged but new graduates are welcome to apply.
