Registered Nurse - Derma / Laser Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with Derma/Laser Experience specializing in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic/Dermatology treatments to join our esteemed healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, and contributing to the overall success of our specialized unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
• Assist plastic surgeons and dermatologists during consultations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing plastic surgery and dermatological treatments.

Treatment Coordination:
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures, ensuring everything is sterilized and ready.
• Administer medications and assist with local anesthesia under the direction of the physician.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and follow-up instructions.

Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards.

Patient Education and Support:
• Provide guidance and support to patients regarding treatments, procedures, and recovery processes.

Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient condition, and respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and provide compassionate care throughout their healthcare journey.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; master’s degree is a plus.
• DOH/ HAAD licensed required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in plastic surgery and/or dermatology.
• Laser experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, cosmetic treatments, and dermatological conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
