The facilities at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi combine state-of-the-art amenities and world-class service standards. The hospital is a 364 (expandable to 490) bed facility, with five clinical floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute inpatient units. It is a physician-led medical facility served by North American board certified (or equivalent) physicians. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi provides patients in the region direct access to the world's best healthcare providers and Cleveland Clinic's unique model of care, reducing their need to travel abroad for treatment.

Description
Acute and Critical Care nursing includes 72 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds and 288 private in-patient rooms. All areas have telemetry capabilities and will feature the latest technologies and communication systems. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi embraces a Patient-Centered Model of Care in which the nursing care delivery system is Total Patient Care in the ICU and perioperative areas and a team model for the acute care floors.

Requirements

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years post graduate experience in appropriate setting is required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred

Education Requirements
- A. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification (minimum three (3) year curriculum) in Nursing from an accredited program is required
- B. Associate Degree Nurses from North America with evidence of passing the National exam is required (USA: NCLEX - RN & Canada: Licensing Exam)
- Valid and current national license is required
- BLS is required
- ACLS, PALS relevant to area of specialty is preferred (note: this excludes programs comprising of two years nursing plus one year midwifery or community health.)
