Job description / Role
The PKI organization at DarkMatter manages all task related to a Certification Authority (CA). The combined efforts from multiple teams will ensure that the UAE keeps the highest standards regarding Cyber Security.
The RA team will be a crucial part of the organization with the responsibility to onboard and support clients.
As a part of the RA team, you will be working directly with DarkMatter’s clients, both externally and internally. You will be responsible for managing the requests for digital certificates and verifying the content of the request as well as vetting the organization and persons requesting it. You will perform the tasks of issuing, revoking and renewing digital certificates. Working as a RA Officer at DarkMatter requires you to follow strict guidelines and policies defined to ensure the trust of the CA. The role is customer oriented and you will be interacting with different levels of the client organizations. You will be working with a highly dedicated team of professionals where everyone’s contribution is important. The RA officers will be involved in defining and improving policies and procedures related to the RA services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a person who is highly meticulous and whose attention to detail is of the highest priority. A suitable candidate would have 2-3 years experience in administration or auditing (preferably within IT) or have a degree in an IT related field with the desire to build a career in Cyber Security. The role requires proficiency in spoken and written English. The ability to communicate in Arabic will be beneficial.
